The Project Manager runs end-to-end project from day to day on behalf of the Project Sponsor. The Project Manager oversees the planning, implementation, tracking and evaluation of specified deliverables. The Project Manager ensures that the project deliverables are of the required quality, i.e. are capable of delivering the benefits defined in the business case, and produced within the agreed time and cost.

Key Dimensions:

The project manager control project budget allocation and has a high impact on to tender results. PM responsible for contract terms negotiation, signing and control (overall amount being around USD 2M).

Others:

High Impact on the business process changing and projects results. The outcome of this role is delivering crucial and risky projects with high quality and archiving goals with predefined parameters.

Outputs and Accountability:

PLAN

- Define the Scope, Deliverables, Risks, Timing and budget in collaboration with senior management (program manager, other);
- Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project in collaboration with project team members;
- Determine the resources (time, money, equipment, etc) required to complete the project;
- Develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities; Review with senior management and other staff that will be affected by the project activities;
- Determine project success criteria (objectives and measures) upon which the project will be evaluated at its completion;
- Disseminate duties, objectives, scope of authority and measures to involved parties throughout the project life;
- Effectively communicate Projects expectations to Team members and stakeholders;

STAFF

- In collaboration with the appropriate managers, project team members and program manager select and propose staff with appropriate skills for the project activities;
- Propose and take part in contracting qualified consultants to work on the project if the required expertise is not available in the company;
- Ensure that all project personnel receive an appropriate orientation to the organization and the project; Provide mentoring, coaching and direction setting to team members; Ensure project team training;

IMPLEMENTATION

- Execute the project according to the project plan; Manage the project staff inline with the established policies and practices of the organization;
- Ensure standards and procedures for Project reporting and documentation are properly done;
- Keep close, direct contact with key end-user representatives to ensure the Project is providing valuable capabilities to customers;
- Lead aspects of organizational change; Identifies opportunities for business process improvements within project scope;
- Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project;
- Establish a communication schedule to update stakeholders including appropriate staff in the organization on the progress of the project;
- Review the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards; Manage problems and risks in project realization, initiate corrective actions;

CONTROL

- Write reports on the project for management and sponsors, focus on project performance and the project related business change; Ensure the objectiveness of all reporting and monitoring activities;
- Monitor the approved budgeted project expenditures; Monitor cash flow projections and report actual cash flow and variance to senior management on a regular basis;

EVALUATE

- Ensure that the project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality;
- Evaluate the Success criteria of the project against the aims established during the planning phase;

Competency Requirements:

• High-level degree
• Well knowing best practices and standards in IT Process Management and Project Management (certification preferable); SAP Project Management skill (1 year)
• Ability to formulate and write documentation, high level of literacy (Russian and English).
• People management skill. External resource management skill and collaboration with resource providers.
• Strong and tested Project Management capabilities in cross functional environment, including sponsor and risk management; Result oriented mind-set;
• Able to understand current business process and practices, and to develop Business Solutions leading to Business Objectives realization;
• Able to search or to create relevant data for objective evaluation of Business Solutions and overall Project Success;
• Knowledge of organization's methodology and tools.

Вакансия: SAP Solution Manager консультант в штат крупной промышленной компании, на проект внедрения в Москве.

Обязанности:

· Поддержка и развитие процессов, связанных с сервисной деятельностью на основе SAP Solution Manager.
· Поддержка, внедрение и развитие процессов управления инцидентами на платформе SAP Solution Manager Incident Management.
· Поддержка, внедрение и развитие процессов управления изменениям на платформе SAP Solution Manager ChaRM.
· Обучение и консультирование конечных пользователей.
· Выполнение тестирования новой функциональности SAP Solution Manager.
· Осуществление приемки на сервис новых процессов.
· Поддержка конечных пользователей системы SAP Solution Manager.
· Предоставление отчетности по обращениям пользователей в зоне своей ответственности.
· Систематизация и классификация обращений пользователей в зоне своей ответственности.

Требования:

· Опыт работы по поддержке и внедрению SAP Solution Manager от 2-3-х лет.
· Не менее 2-х проектов полного цикла по внедрению функциональности Incident Management или ChaRM на основе SAP Solution Manager.
· Знание функциональности SAP Solution Manager: Incident Management, Change Request Management, Test Management.
· Настройки безопасности и ролевая модель, CRM Web-интерфейс.
· Знание ITIL/ITSM процессы управления услугами, управление инцидентами, управление изменениям, управление конфигурациями.
· Понимание функциональной архитектуры SAP Solution Manger.
