As a member of Delivery Center, OTC (Order to Cash) Consultant will get a chance to participate in different SAP implementation projects in Russia, CIS and worldwide. The consultant will manage client relationships, primarily with middle-management and will drive consensus on complex business solutions.

The candidate should have demonstrated the capability to analyze business and technical requirements; and develop sound solutions around SAP SD functionality to address the requirements.

The consultant must possess subject matter expertise in Order to Cash processes and have process specifics knowledge in Pharma industry. The candidate must have demonstrated experience in a SAP package solution implementation tools and methodologies.

Required:

- 3-4 years’ proven experience of SAP ERP implementation as SAP SD functional consultant
- 1-2 full cycle international projects in large or mid-size businesses
- 2 years’ proven SAP roll-out experience with Western companies

Further to the specific experience described above, this position also calls for following skills:

- Native Russian
- Advanced English
- Knowledge of a SAP implementation methodology
- Knowledge of Russian legal requirements
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Open to work in an international environment
- Willingness and ability to travel
- Master’s degree

Preferred:

- Experience of SAP ERP implementation as SAP MM functional consultant
- Knowledge sharing experience

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:

- Minimum 1-2 years experience of full life cycle SAP ERP implementation

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience:

- Fluent communication in English
- Great interest in seeking knowledge within new technologies like SAP for HANA.

For current and future assignments, we look for skilled SAP CO Consultant. In this role, this person will assist clients in implementation, go-live preparation and production support of SAP solutions. Candidate has to use in-depth consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the clients' business environment in order to achieve client expected business results.

Key responsibilities include:

- Implement SAP CO on design provided
- Work with Developers on finalization of ABAP programs (provide functional designs, advise, conduct programs unit test)
- Develop/correct user exits
- Conduct training of client personal
- Support client personal in system testing (integration and acceptance)
- Support client specialist in go-live preparation and during post-go live period
- Communicate with different stakeholders (local business, international experts)
- Other responsibilities, if required

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:

- Advanced knowledge of SAP CO module (including CO-PA, ML, PS)
- Knowledge of SAP CO-PA, ML, PS is preferable
- S/4 HANA knowledge
- Knowledge of accounting methodologies
- English: Good/Fluent
- Russian: Fluent

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience:

- Participating in at least 4 full cycle SAP implementations in the aria of FI/CO, including system design, system customizing, testing, training and go-live support
