Omya - SAP Support Specialist (Operations)


Objectives of the job:

· Support accurate SAP environment with main focus on PP, PM, MM and SD modules;
· Support local key users in liaison with SAP CC in regards to other SAP modules (FI, CO, FI-AA).
· End user support and training (First level support)
· Improvement of internal processes by pushing the process changes that are necessary to operate effectively and efficiently


Main tasks and responsibilities of the job:

· Provide the functional process leadership necessary to implement and sustain SAP
· Coordinate resources to prepare the necessary data for maintaining SAP
· Coordinate with the SAP functional resources when they are doing the configuration of the system for that process.
· Coordinate with the task training resources to help in their delivery to end users
· Provide input to necessary security profiles for the users in the process area
· Coordinate with other Process Champions on issues of integration across the various processes in particular the end to end processes that you have a role in the execution. (e.g. Order to Settlement involves Customer Service/Sales, Logistics and Finance Process Champions)
· Represents the business in his/her respective area with the necessary authority/competence
· Supports the template approach and ensures that business requirements are fulfilled (identified, defined and covered by template processes)
· Responsible for the identification and realization of local legal requirements
· Close working relationship with SAP CC Leader
· Identifies possible gaps and necessary enhancements of template processes for local legal requirements
· Responsible for data harmonization
· Quality check of Process-flow and Key-user documentation created by SAP CC (assisted by the Key-users)
· Quality check of the end-user documentation done by Key-Users
· Responsible for the end-user training

Education / experiences / skills / competencies required:

· Good knowledge of SAP ECC 6.0, mainly PP, PM, MM and SD modules; FI, CO, FF-AA are as advantages
· Good knowledge of integrated processes
· Spoken and written English (upper-intermediate +)
· Profound knowledge of business processes and organization
· Good communication skills,
· Ability to convince users to execute SAP business process as designed
· Be recognized by the organization as a process leader

Special requirements:

· Readiness to travel (30 %)
