The Large Western Production Company offers a challenging position in its global SAP department (Centre of Excellence) CM\CFM (FI module)
Responsibilities:
· Providing expertise in application/process specialization to support the daily operation and effective performance of the business (application support/maintenance)
· Be part of specific approved projects as customizing expert (new projects)
· Having the ownership of the application support requests coming from the first and second SAP support level, provide application support for business process and configuration changes as well as production issues
· Working together with the Tresury HQ, local treasuries, Business Service centers end users (Cash and Bank groups, Treasury front office, Back Office and Middle Office, Treasury Business Support department) users on documenting the processes from a business perspective.
· Working together with the project team and the process Expert on documenting the processes from a technical perspective

Requirements:
· CM/FSCM business process knowledge and support experience
· Consulting, implementation and support experience
· Detailed knowledge of application testing, test procedures and test scenarios (new support packages, releases, functionalities and customizing)
· Knowledge of designing and implementing business processes
· Knowledge of defining and rolling out standards and templates
· Familiar with business process change management including implementation, testing and verification of change requests
· Good working knowledge of two to three of the R2R business processes
· Understanding of In-House Cash business processes.
· Support experience in the area of SAP and non-SAP banking interfaces, SAP Payment Medium Workbench and Data Medium Exchange, ALE and IDOC.
