The Large Western Production Company offers a challenging position in its global SAP department (Centre of Excellence) of SAP HR Consultant
Responsibilities:
· Providing expertise in application/process specialization to support the daily operation and effective performance of the business (application support/maintenance)
· Be part of specific approved projects as customizing expert (new projects)
· Having the ownership of the application support requests coming from the first and second SAP support level, provide application support for business process and configuration changes as well as production issues
· Working together with the Corporate HR team, local HR, HR power users on documenting the processes from a business perspective.
· Working together with the project team and the process Expert on documenting the processes from a technical perspective.
· Making sure that all documentation is updated/created and kept up to-date. This includes BPMLs, Process flows, Enterprise structure, CoE procedures, trouble shooting help documentation etc.
· Also ensure full compliance with One Change Management process. (STEWARDSHIP)
· Develop relationships with customers to better understand their needs and priorities.
Requirements:
· SAP Configuration experience for HR Compensation/Benefits management and Organizational management· Minimum of 3 years related work experience in related areas
· Consulting, implementation and support experience
· Knowledge of designing and implementing business processes
· Knowledge of defining and rolling out standards and templates
· Familiar with business process change management including implementation, testing and verification of change requests
· Good working knowledge of two to three of the R2R business processes
