Kelly Services CIS on behalf of its client, major western company is searching for Application Security Manager (SAP).

Responsibilities:

•Establish and maintain application and database security standards
•Work closely with internal and external teams and provide the expertise for assessing the application security design as part of new changes, projects, packaged solutions
•Support the technical and functional teams for developing and maintaining the applications and database according to the security standards and best practices
•Interact with the process coordination for risk mitigating action plans affecting the database and application security.
•Play an advisory and quality control role towards the local and global IT teams to ensure that the application security design is developed and maintained as part of the change management process and according to the standards
•Act as the single point of contact for the application components of business continuity and disaster recovery plans liaising with the business, IT and third parties to ensure that plans are fit for purpose and regularly tested
•Co-ordinate appropriate application and database security risk reviews and audits
•Manage incidents and provide root cause analysis. Deliver regular and consistent KPI Reporting
•Monitor Application Security industry trends with respect to the requirements

Requirements:

•Good knowledge of development tools and programming languages (Coldfusion, ABAP, SQL), database technologies (SQL, Oracle)
•SAP security concept knowledge, experience in SAP security projects
•2-3 years of software security management
•Application Audit experience, Secure Coding, Technical security certification is an advantage.
•Application management background
•Experience of interacting with internal and external providers
•Familiarity with ISO 27001
•Good spoken English
