Harvey Nash Vietnam agency is looking for Project manager with SAP HCM experience who willing to work 100% of time in Vietnam. The industry is not a must.

Responsibility:

- Responsible for ensuring the successful planning, deployment and management of the new HR Information System projects with emphasis on SAP HCM platform and ensuring that they are aligned with the HR Strategy

SAP Competencies:

• In-depth understanding of SAP HR data processes and reporting
• Ability to design and delivery HR data packs
• Extensive experience in workflow applications, business process automation and management of SAP HR IT application systems development and maintenance.
• Experience of SAP design and configuration, ABAP coding and configuration
• Strong cross-functional integration experience
• In-depth awareness of core HR functions, HR compliance and HRM.

HR Competencies:

• Solid understanding of HR, Payroll, and Finance business processes and their interdependencies.
• Project management skills; demonstrated ability to lead and manage HR process and/or technology projects.
• Clear understanding of how HR systems fit into short – and long-term strategic objectives.
• Demonstrated ability to identify, design, implement and maintain changes in HR systems

Skills:

• Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills
• Being flexible and patient when working in any challenging environment
• Excellent consulting skills, customer focused
• Have the ability to challenge and question existing processes.
• Proven ability to deal with multiple shareholders

The salary package is 8,000 -10,000 USD / month
