SAP BW Specialist

As a BW specialist in the team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day SAP BW development and support, monitoring the production environment, identifying and fixing issues, and improving system performance. You will have a thorough understanding of BW, Data Warehouse and data integration and responsible for designing and implementing business requirements as well as data accuracy in reports. As this role involves daily interaction with the finance department, it is essential that you have a good background in finance, and strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Due to the rapid and continuous growth of the organization, the tasks and duties of this role may evolve over time. You will be keen to develop and grow within the role and to take on additional challenges and responsibilities as they occur.

Responsibilities:

· Development and maintenance of BW objects.
· BW data loading and monitoring.
· Development and maintenance of queries and reports.
· Evaluate SAP BW needs across the business and develop/maintain application, logical and technical data architectures.
· Integration and implementation of changes coordinating with users and SAP.
· Translation of business requirements into functional requirements and definition of technical requirements.
· System utilization and performance monitoring.
· Training of key users.

Skills:

· 5+ years SAP BW experience in a rapidly changing environment.
· Experience with DataSources, ODS, InfoCubes and master data, InfoPackages/DTP, IP.
· Knowledge of BEX tools (Query Designer, WAD, Analyzer or Analysis for Office) is a must.
· Knowledge of SAP HANA modeling and backend development is a plus (creating schemas and importing source system metadata, creating attributes, measures, hierarchies, Analytical Views and Calculation Views).
· Knowledge of basic ABAP development is a must.
· Knowledge of any BO tools (BO Design Studio, Lumira) is highly desirable.
· Working knowledge of SAP FI/CO or SAP MM.
· Ability to have good grasp of the detail and manage multiple priorities.
· Ability to work in a quick turnaround environment.
· Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
· Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
· Organized, flexible, proactive and result-oriented.



SAP FI Specialist

As a Finance functional specialist in the team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day SAP support, setting up new functionalities in SAP, customizing or modifying existing functionality, integrating with other SAP modules and 3rd party systems, providing support and training to users by resolving incidents and managing change. You will be responsible for projects, with full ownership of planning, coordinating, customizing and training end users for the change. As this role involves extensive daily interaction with the finance department, it is essential you have strong knowledge of financial systems and processes, and strong verbal, written and presentation skills in English.

Due to the rapid and continuous growth of the organization, the tasks and duties of this role may evolve over time. You will be keen to develop and grow within the role and to take on additional challenges and responsibilities as they occur.

Responsibilities:

· Customizing in SAP FI and related modules
· Analyzing issues and changes
· Day to day support and incident resolution
· Full ownership of projects and quality of changes, from planning, communication, coordination, customization, and go-live support
· Providing scalable and innovative solutions to support finance business processes
· Training of key users and key user support

Skills:

· 5+ years SAP FI hands-on experience in a rapidly changing environment
· Proven customizing experience in SAP FI-GL, AA, AR and AP
· Knowledge of Treasury will be an advantage
· Knowledge of Bank communication, Risk Management or Cash management is an advantage
· Knowledge of ABAP is an advantage
· Knowledge of integration between MM and FI is desirable

SAP Developer

As a developer in the team, you will be responsible ABAP, HANA and UI5 development support for functionalities in SAP, and customizing or modifying existing functionality for integration with other SAP modules and 3rd party systems. As this role involves extensive daily interaction with functional specialists and the finance department, it is essential that you have a good understanding of finance, experience in implementing changes for finance, and strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Due to the rapid and continuous growth of the organization, the tasks and duties of this role may evolve over time. You will be keen to develop and grow within the role and to take on additional challenges and responsibilities as they occur.

Responsibilities:

· Develop for SAP FI, SAP BW and related modules.
· Develop and maintain integration between SAP modules including ERP, BW, TRM, and MM
· Work with functional specialists to understand underlying business processes, analyze business needs and translate functional specifications into technical requirements.
· Prepare technical specifications, design and develop solutions.
· Support during release upgrades.
· Maintenance of existing programs and debugging of issues.
· Planning and developing changes independently and in collaboration with functional specialists.

Skills:

· 7+ years ABAP development experience in a rapidly changing environment
· Strong knowledge in designing interfaces, reports, enhancements, BAPIs and dialog transactions.
· At least 1 year experience with modeling and backend development within SAP HANA (creating schemas and importing source system metadata, creating attributes, measures, hierarchies, Analytical Views and Calculation Views).
· Knowledge of SAP HANA Data provisioning technology including SAP LT and Data Services.
· At least 1 year experience with SAPUI5 development.
· Knowledge of SAP Finance and BW is a plus.
· Ability to have good grasp of the detail and manage multiple priorities.
· Ability to work in a quick turnaround environment.
· Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
· Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
· Organized, flexible, proactive and result-oriented.
