Всем здравствуйте!

Вот хотелось бы узнать. В модуле IM нет ни одного отчета, которые выводился бы в ALV списке. С этим возникают трудности выгрузки в Excel.

Даже самый необходимый отчет S_ALR_87012806 - Общий список значений выгружается иногда ооооочень даже криво.

Может кто - то решал вопрос этот? Как выходили из положения?

Существует отчет "Общий структурный список и список значений (ALV) - Транзакция IMR1_ALV.
Мне кажется, что он появился в EHP 5, так как раньше его точно не было.

Да есть такая транзакция IMR1_ALV. Но у этой транзакции нет возможности выгружать проектт(((( НУ или по карйней мере я не увидел там выгрузки.

По указанной ссылке что-то не нашел раздел Upload and Download of Summarized Data (IM). Если не затруднит, можно поподробнее.

Upload and Download of Summarized Data

Download and upload functions make it possible to summarize data across system and client boundaries. First you export the investment program data and entities from the local system into respective files, and then import these files into the central system.

Download

When you download data, you specify the investment program, the approval year and the program position. The system then outputs the specified data to the file. You can also limit the selection by entering a value type and a timeframe. For the summarization data of appropriation requests, you can specify a partner function. The system then writes the holders of this partner function to the summarization database.

In addition, you have to enter the file to which the program should write the data. You can choose whether the data should be output on the application server or on a presentation server.

You specify in Customizing those characteristics and scales that you do not want to be summarized. These Customizing settings are valid for the client as a whole. However, when you export the summarization database, you can specify which Customizing settings the system should use. You can choose the Customizing settings from the local client, or from an exported file on an application server, or from another R/3 System (using RFC). To export Customizing settings to a file, use the special Customizing function for this purpose (Investment Programs ® Information System ® Information System Using Summarization).

Import

To import data, you only have to enter the file from which the import should be made.

File Structure

When you export data, the system creates the file using the file name you enter in the report selection screen. This file is an ASCII file. The system creates one files for the investment program data and one file for the entities. The structure of the files is as follows:

First there is a header containing the name of the ABAP Dictionary structure and the number of data records that follow.
Then there is a second header containing the names of the fields that are being transferred. The fields have to be in the same sequence as the data records that follow then.
Then the actual data records appear.
The following list contains the names of the Dictionary structures:

BAPI1057CD for the values and master data of investment programs
BAPI1057C1 for the entity ‘measure’
BAPI1057C2 for the entity ‘profit center’
BAPI1057C3 for the entity ‘cost center’
BAPI1057C4 for the entity ‘plant’
BAPI1057C5 for the entity ‘functional location’
BAPI1057C6 for the entity ‘appropriation request’
You can display these structures using transaction SE11. In that transaction, you can also see the field names of the structures.

Within a data record, the individual entries are separated by a tab (tabulator).


Make sure that the ASCII files you create are structured so that they can be processed using various PC applications (such as Excel).

Отвечу конечно не оригинально, но думаю добавить в отчет кнопку "Выгрузка в Exel" с помощью Z и 1 абапера-дня будет проще, чем разбиратся с БАПИ. ФM по выгрузке в Эксель существует, нужно только "прикрутить" к данному отчету.
Хотя, если не искать легких путей и при наличии времени...
