No, I don't abandon users names(our company has limited user licence) and don't try to change user name (as for me it is not at all possible!)
Simply, I have created for each position one dialog user to access SAP GUI and this user account has current user profile data (such first/last name, email, tel., department etc.) who is responsible for this position. If current employer get transfer or dismiss, then I change only user profile data (also password) with a new user's (or block if this position has a vacancy).
So, I need some advice how I can choose best/meaningful user names?!
