Хотим перейти с ERP 2004 на ERP 2005 - будут ли какие-либо неразрешимые проблемы для существующих настроек BW?
BW из 2004-го ставили без SolutionManager`а.

Неразрешимых проблем не бывает - бывает ограничение по времени .
Более точный ответ при заданных вводных затруднен. Что используете из BW?

если перешли на новую систему полномочий то не должно быть, иначе придется переделывать или временно включать поддержку старых механизмов

Should customers running SAP NW 2004 or previous releases upgrade to SAP NW 2004s?
1) For mySAP Business Suite or mySAP solution customers:
- If they are planning the deployment of mySAP ERP 2005 or any other 2005 solution that’s part of the mySAP Business Suite, they’ll have to deploy at least parts of SAP NW 2004s to run the solution on it. (E.g. the portal of SAP NW 2004s is required to run “Employee Self Services” of mySAP ERP 2005)
- For all customers running or planning to deploy older releases of mySAP Business Suite the deployment of SAP NW 2004s is not required. (E.g. an upgrade from R/3 4.6c to mySAP ERP 2004 requires to deploy parts of SAP NW 2004)
2) For SAP NW customers:
- Customers already running SAP NW 2004 separately from mySAP Business Suite solutions shouldn’t upgrade to SAP NW 2004s just to get on the latest release. An upgrade to SAP NW 2004s is only recommended for these customers if they want to take advantage of functionality introduced to SAP NW with SAP NW 2004s.
