JOB DESCRIPTION


Sr. SAP XI Consultant is responsible for managing tickets level 1-2-3-4 for eligible IT SO Customer systems (according to the service agreements), resolving and routing as appropriate, supporting the Systems Management Processes specific to their customer requirements. Responsible for SAP Health checking (analysis and correction of anomalies)



Mandatory Entry Skills:

- Excellent (Verbal and Writing) Communications Skills English Language
- Ability to work within a team)
- Deep knowledge of at least one of these RDBMS (ORACLE, DB2, SQL)
- Flat knowledge of SAP Net weaver environment.
- SAP R/3 Enterprise, SAP BI, SAP CRM
- Knowledge of the reference standard
- OS platforms Wintel:

Windows 2000 / 2003
Unix – AIX - HP

- Excellent knowledge and hands-on experience of XI
- Knowledge of the SAP suite products: R/3, BW, CRM, EP, XI
- Basic Experience in SAP archive
- Able to perform SAP upgrade
- Unicode conversion
- Heterogeneous system copy

Mandatory Production Skills:

IBM Internal General Tools: Lotus Notes, Manage Now, EZS

PI specific skills:

∙ Manage integration builder
∙ Manage integration repository
∙ Manage runtime workbench
∙ Manage and configure SLD
∙ Export, import
