The position is located in Kraków, Poland

Main responsibilities:

* Understand business requirements, perform gap assessments & prepare functional specifications.
* Remain up-to-date with SAP HCM Performance Management and Talent Management solutions to recommend improvements and upgrades based on observed and requested improvement opportunities.
* Keep the knowledge on PMI Performance Management / Talent Management implementations to be able to validate business requirements and solutions proposed by developers.
* Prepare test cases and perform tests of any changes in Performance Management / Talent Management areas.
* Maintain and update appropriate technical and functional documentation.
* Analyze functional incidents, propose fixes & solutions, communicate with the developers in order to implement the solutions on timely basis.
* Ensure that integration points between Performance Management / Talent Management and other parts of the system are identified and impact of integration points is properly assessed and managed.
* Build and maintain strong working relationship with customers and with the external providers.

Qualifications:

* University degree in a scientific or economical discipline or equivalent qualifications
* Minimum 3-year experience in SAP HCM.
* Expertise in support, configuration and testing for SAP Performance Management or Talent Management module.
* Experience in SAP implementation project or experience in the support organization.
* Very good command of English.

Main responsibilities:

* Support the deployment of SAP LSO solutions implemented at PMI's affiliates
* Understand business requirements, perform gap assessments & prepare functional specifications
* Remain up-to-date with SAP HCM Learning Solution, Performance Management and Talent Management solutions to recommend improvements and upgrades based on observed and requested improvement opportunities
* Keep the knowledge on PMI LSO/PM/TM/TALEO implementation to be able to play a QA role for projects in validating business requirements and solutions proposed by Project teams
* Prepare test cases and perform tests of any changes in LSO and TALEO areas
* Maintain and update appropriate technical and functional documentation
* Analyze functional incidents, propose fixes & solutions, communicate with the developers in order to implement the solutions on timely basis
* Ensure that integration points between the LSO/TALEO with other parts of the system are identified and impact of integration points is properly assessed and managed
* Communicate efficiently with other IS teams that are involved in the LSO/TALEO projects
* Build and maintain strong working relationship with customers and with the external providers

Qualifications:

* University degree in a scientific or economical discipline or equivalent qualifications
* Minimum 5-year experience in SAP HCM.
* Expertise in support, configuration and testing for SAP Learning Solution, Performance Management or Talent Management module, knowledge of TALEO would be a plus.
* Experience in SAP implementation project or experience in the support organization.
* Very good command of English.

On behalf of our client, leading multinational FMCG company, we are looking for successful candidate to fill the position of (Senior) IS Analyst HR Systems (BI)

Location: European country

Main responsibilities:

As an IS Analyst HR Systems you will be supporting SAP Business Warehouse platform for HR department. You will be part of the central team that is maintaining, harmonizing Template in Global SAP BI HR solution according to business requirements and ensuring correct interoperability.

* Maintain the SAP Business Intelligence solution implemented for HR department
* Analyze and understand HR – BI related business requirements, perform gap assessments & write functional specifications.
* Prepare test cases and perform functional tests
* Maintain and update appropriate technical and functional documentation
* Analyze functional incidents, propose fixes & solutions
* Create/develop BI reports using SAP BI tool
* Maintain SAP BI system – perform sustain-related daily activities
* Take active part in projects concerning SAP Business Intelligence development for HR
* Actively advice in aspects regarding system landscape architecture, web-based technologies, system integration and system interoperability

Main requirements:

* University degree in a scientific or economical discipline or equivalent qualifications
* 3 + years of experience in working with SAP Business Intelligence platform (data extraction, data conversion, data refresh/monitoring) and SAP BI reporting tools like Query Designer, Web Application Designer
* Experience in SAP implementation project
* At least basic knowledge regarding SAP HCM processes
* ABAP programming skills will be an asset
* Very good command of English
* Ready to relocate into European country.

* Understand business requirements, perform gap assessments & prepare functional specifications.
* Translate business requirements into system configuration.
* Perform risk & impact analysis of proposed system changes.

* Coordinate realization of initiatives accordingly to validated & approved requirements.

Main requirements:

* At least 5 years of experience in support, configuration and testing of SAP HCM sub modules: Personnel Administration, Organizational Management and Management of Global Employees.
* Experience in data analysis, end user requirement analysis, gathering business requirements and SAP implementation projects.
* Experience in support and delivery of integrated enterprise applications.
* Very good command of English
