SAP Support Manager FI/CO/PP (in-house)

The Job Holder is responsible for PP/FI/CO modules. There are only two SAP support managers in Russia; the second one is being responsible for MM/SD modules

Main responsobilities:
• To answer to users and key users questions
• To analyze requests & look for solutions in the system
• To centralize and fulfil requests
• To build queries if needed
• To realize local or Core system customizing in SAP
• To update local documentation
• To organize & participate in integration tests & non regression tests
• To update user requests follow-up tool (according to local procedure)
• To supervise implementations if needed
• To inform users about local or Core System evolutions.
• To animate users training if necessary
• To pilot and/or participate in local or transversal projects.
• To animate key-users network of his / her domain if several key-users

Requested knowledge:

• Information system: SAP R/3 FI/CO; Requests Transport in SAP
• Office tools: Word, Excel & Power Point
• Language: English spoken
• Functional knowledge of the domain

Senior Consultant SAP MM/SD (consulting)

Your role is to implement MM/SD modules and advise clients on more effective usage of MM/SD.

The role will be to:

• Participate in SAP MM/SD implementation projects
• Analyze supply chain management processes and map them to the SAP functionality
• Responsible for system design, configuration, testing, user training and support
• Assist in the development of proposals


Requirements:
• Higher education preferably in information systems technology and business
• 3-5 years experience in SAP configuration, business re-engineering,
• Must have worked on 2 or more implementation projects
• Flexibility and a willingness to travel
• Written and verbal communication skills in Russian and English

- Gathering customer needs and developing detailed business requirements
- Strong experience with SAP Modules SD and MM
- Knowledge about Sales and Distribution Processes and required SAP Functionalities
- Knowledge about Logistic and Procurement Processes and required SAP Functionalities
- Participating in the testing process, ensuring testing verifies the user requirements
- Working to continually improve the quality and efficiency of business systems
- Aiding in management and documentation of all project progress
- Interface between Business and IT (i.e. Functional and Technical Concept Responsibilty)


Special knowledge and skills:

- Knowledge of requirements management tools
- Understanding of software development methodologies
- Understanding of general management and project management
- Understanding of requirements engineering techniques
- Understanding of modeling techniques and approaches
- Understanding of business process modeling
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills

Education:

- High Education Diploma in Economics, Financials or IT

Working Experience:

- Business analyst experience from 3 years (preferably in an international company),
- fluent English communication skills,
- experience in team leadership/project management will be considered as a plus
