Hanson Regan is searching for 2 x SAP FI-SL for a project based in Kazakhstan to assist on ongoing Profit Tax implementation. Only candidates with at least 2 full lifecycle projects in FI-SL/Profit Tax and 4 years overall SAP FI experience will be considered. Russian and English speaking, the assignment in initially for 7 weeks all expenses will be paid by my customer.

SAP HR Talent Management Consultant - 6 Months + - Russia

Hanson Regan has an urgent requirement for an experienced SAP HR Talent Management Consultant for a 6 Month contract opportunity based in Russia to start from the middle of Septemer 2012.

Description:

- SAP HCM customization experience not less than 5 years
- 3 full-cycle projects in the role of head of SAP HCM or senior consultant.
- Good understanding of business processes
- Expertise both in processes and SAP HCM in terms of:

· Career and succession planning (competency inheritance, reserve maintaining, workflow)
· Appraisals (flexible appraisals, forms, workflow, connection with competency profiles)
· Personnel development (personnel development plan maintaining via ESS/MSS)
· Learning (ESS/MSS, connection with Personnel development plans and appraisals, budgeting).
