SAP BI Senior Analyst is a role in PepsiCo Europe & Saharan Africa SAP BI team that is responsible for the support and development of critical business analytics capabilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Functional and technical consultancy to team stakeholders (users, BRMs and other teams etc.)
• Continuous identification and improvement of the system in order to meet growing business requirements and eliminate recurring problems.
• Provision of the analysis and solutions for incidents as well as ensuring the service level agreements (SLAs) are met (Level 3 Sustain)
• BI solution governance (Dev Sync, Quality assurance)
• Project governance/delivery (in case of project assignment)

The role reports to Europe and Sub-Saharan Africa Data & Analytics SAP BI Delivery Lead.

The technology we use is SAP BW on HANA 7.5 (+ BO 4.2).

GENERAL SKILLS / REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science or similar
• Minimum 2 years SAP BI application development: support or project experience in various functional areas.
• Good understanding of data warehousing concepts (LSA, relational) and design principles
• Development experience in SAP BW (incl. ABAP), Business Objects (Webi), HANA (benefit), including performance and data issues analysis, TPM as a plus.
• Learning agility
• General business acumen is a plus
• Must be a strong team player with effective teamwork skills
• Russian (fluent), English (upper intermediate)
