SAP FI (Financials) Application Consultant

Highly qualified professional to implement SAP Financials (FI, CO, PS and IM) to work with the Company’s clients on a variety of significant projects. This includes major involvement in business process streamlining, R/3 design, configuration and implementation and integration with external point solutions.

The successful applicant will work as part of a project team delivering high quality solutions within the Oil & Gas Industry and FMCG sectors.

Degree
Desirable but not essential to have a post graduate business centric qualification (e.g. MBA)
Desirable but not essential to have a Professional qualification (e.g. Qualified accountant with membership of an official accounting body)
SAP FI Certified - preferred

Consultant
Three to five years of hands on design, configuration, data conversion, testing and cutover experience across the FI suite.
Experience in the integration of finance modules with MM, SD, PP, PM and/or HR.
Excellent knowledge of an accelerated SAP implementation methodology or equivalent.
At least three years experience in a consulting services organisation or large blue chip organisation.
Written and verbal English skills and excellent communication skills.

Candidates with experience implementing multi-country or global SAP projects are of particular interest.
Qualified accountant with membership of an official accounting body.
Experience in dealing with difficult/complex client relationships/engagements.
Experience in working in multidisciplinary teams.
Evidence of delivering work/projects within tight deadlines.
Exposure to Business or Practice Development through helping in proposals.
Team leadership experience.

Mandatory Skills

SAP R/3 module knowledge;
Well rounded general consulting skills (good communication and analytical abilities) suited to working in a client environment.

Keen and adaptable to develop further in a fast moving, multi-disciplinary environment;
