Проект московский, без командировок, система внедряется с нуля большой внутренней командой (порядка 30 человек + несколько вакансий).

Сейчас требуется консультант на HR-модуль (функциональность: кадровый менеджмент, организационный менеджмент, time management). Официально позиция называется "Менеджер по внедрению", деньги обсуждаются в диапазоне 3000-4000 gross + 30% годовой бонус, три вида страховок (жизни, здоровья, от несчастных случаев), оплата телефона, обучение/сертификация в SAP AG.

В крупную динамичную телеком-компанию требуется специалист по поддержке SAP FI.


Основные требования:

- Высшее техническое образование.
- Опыт работы с SAP R/3 (FI) от 1,5 лет (внедрение и/или поддержка).
- Технический английский.

The Solution Architect position is part of a core team responsible for delivering excellence in the design, build, test and deployment of a Billing solution.

You would be expected to interact with other team members within ERP and CCS (Customer Core System) project as well as with selected business users. You will work closely with 3rd party integrators and SAP\Oracle as a member of team.

The role of Solution Architect would include but not limited to the following responsibilities:

a.. Identify key integration points across the Billing system for Utility Industry and ERP (i.e. SAP IS-U, Oracle etc.) modules with specific knowledge of integration
b.. Develop detailed process documents
c.. Perform detailed requirement gathering
d.. Develop solutions or prototypes with detailed configuration
e.. Plan and execute unit, quality assurance, integration and user acceptance testing
f.. Plan data migration and execute the data migration plan
g.. Evaluate the impact of changes to processes and configuration as they are requested


Your profile:

a.. Master degree in computing, business management or industrial engineering.
b.. Strong understanding of enterprise management systems, e-intelligence, data warehousing and internet.
c.. Technology knowledge of: key IT technologies especially for Utility Industry
d.. Project management skills; knowledge management skills; creation and re-use of intellectual capital.
e.. Business management skills, strong change management skills and leadership skills.
f.. Conceptual skills - able to perform in-depth systems analysis, recognizes problems, opportunities or underlying patterns and relationships. Ability to analyze requirements and translate them into priorities and action plans.
g.. Good level of English.
