Master Data Admin

Main Roles and Responsibilities:
Estimate data amount and transaction load (req. for hardware sizing)
Describe where which data is currently retrieved from and where it
is currently collected (coded and non-coded information)
Determine which data will be required in the future
Validate gained knowledge regarding data collection with all
existing resources
Develop MDM workflow and Segregation of Duties based on SAP
and company Internal Controls SAP objects
SAP MM: Vendors managed by procurement, materials, services
SAPSD: Customers managed by Sales, credit master, prices, ship-tos
SAP FI: Chart of Accounts, Asset Master, FI Vendors (Employee
Vendors, Tax offices, charities, alimony receivers, banks etc.), FI
Customers
SAPCO: Cost centers/groups/hierarchies, profit
centers/groups/hierarchies, cost elements, internal orders,
production orders, internal order groups, Statistical key figures.
