SAP consultant “ICT Specialist”

Major Russian Company in energy field has a requirement for a SAP PM/IS-U, MM/SD, FI, TR, CO, PS
Consultants to join internal SAP Roll-out project on realization phase.

The successful candidate requires expert experience in one or two SAP modules, with excellent hands on skills. All candidates need to have completed multiple full life cycles projects, preferably in international environment and distributed locations. Additionally, team leading and client-facing skills would be advantageous, it will be required to lead SAP teams (Key users, End users, external consultants) through SAP implementation. Presentation and training skills will be required to conduct trainings, and participate in communication events.

Experience:
- 2-3 years of practical SAP implementation in consulting company or freelance.
- At least 2 completed SAP projects in Russian Company
- Experience in energy field
- Good SAP configuration experience
- Strong functional and configuration understanding
- Knowledge of CIS add-on functionality

On-the-Job Requirements:
- Prepare project documentation within defined terms, and methodology
- Gather and properly document additional business requirements
- Identify risks and issues
- Prepare training materials and conduct training to business users
- Report status of project activities
- Perform customizing and testing activities
- Provide inputs to project management and planning activities

Communication Requirements:
- All documentation should be prepared in English and Russian languages
- Official project language is English
- Knowledge of Italian will be plus

Location: Moscow, occasional travel within Russia 20-30 %

Languages: Russian, English.

Contract: Temporary one year, with possibility to prolong
