Description & Responsibilities:

- Reporting hierarchically to the Program Manager and is a full-time member of the Central Team of the Programme Arrow based in Astana, Kazakhstan.
- The Data Migration Lead must have excellent SAP Data Migration implementation experience, you should have a minimum of 5+ years experience with technical system-to-system and Data Migration projects.
- You must have completed multiple full life cycle projects in the Data Migration area.
- The role will also require you to lead teams through Data Migration implementation, as a result, all potential candidates need to have led teams
previously through implementations (preferably Data Migration implementations) and you must also have ran workshops as well as have the ability to design and develop technical solutions.
- The Data Migration Lead will also need to have completed a minimum of 3 full life cycle projects, with at least one of these preferably a global project.
- Along with this, the Data Migration Lead must have technical skills along with hands-on experience with ABAP and LSMW.
- The Data Migration Lead must have excellent client facing skills and will ideally come from a consulting background in Data Management.
- As the Data Migration Lead, you will also need previous experience with data cleansing projects and have experience using data cleansing tools and data discovery tools.

Tasks & Activities
- Develops data migration team project plans in accordance with the Program master plan.
- Develop data migration approach, policies, and methodologies.
- Reports on data migration team progress.
- Identifies and manages data migration team issues.
- Responsible for the data mapping, design, development, and testing of conversion programs.
- Responsible for executing the data migration from legacy systems to target systems
