Tasks:

o Support SCN Tools related to Content Management, Collaboration and Editorial activities: KM and WPC (web page composer)

IT-support / consulting

o Implementation and configuration of KM features and settings
o Assist with statistical and other reporting features
o Support bug reporting and troubleshooting
o Support third-party Forum functionality
o Support third-party Wiki functionality
o Assist with testing and QA of SDN features and functionality when required
o Support End-User queries when required

User consulting on IT level (changes / bug-fixing)

o Develop a strong understanding of the ongoing monitoring and support of the SDN production site

IT-support / consulting

Role Requirements:

o 2-3 years hands-on experience with NetWeaver; Enterprise Portal essential

Programming / Maintenance experience

o Experience and knowledge of web-related technologies such as HTML, XML, CSS, JavaScript, etc required

Programming / Designing experience

o Hands-on experience with Novell eDirectory

Usage experience

o Strong aptitude for problem-solving
o Written and oral fluency in English essential
o Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
o Highly motivated and self disciplined individual capable of working in a remotely-managed team
o Proven ability to manage tasks, time and priorities to make challenging deadlines

Conditions:

o Assist with PCD work including site navigation tasks and PCD transports

Content management

o Assist with Translation functionality within PCD area
o Facilitate bulk content import and export activities
o Maintenance of SDN Portal Roles and Groups

User management

o Maintenance of access and administrative permissions - both portal and LDAP
o Assist with statistical and other reporting features

Usage and maintain of reporting tools

o Support End-User queries when required

User consulting on configuration / content management / user management level

o Develop a strong understanding of the ongoing monitoring and support of the SDN production site
