Our client, a large foreign production company, invites SAP R/3 Supprort Analyst (Saint-Petersburg)

In their professional support organization, which is a single IT point of contact for all employees worldwide. SAP Supprort Analyst provide SAP application and processes support for all employees, being the first contact point. Manages customer request resolution/customer consulting: incident management, problem management and request coordination.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluent/spoken English. Other languages are a plus
- Good knowledge of IT infrastructure, Microsoft Operating Systems, MS Office applications. Knowledge of SAP R/3 or other business applications is a big plus
- Excellent communication skills, customer service attitude, team-player
- Ability to interact and communicate in a multicultural environment
