Уважаемые коллеги!
Я администратор Oracle. В настоящий момент разбираюсь с проблемами производительности, возникшими на сервере с SAP/R3.
Большая просьба к тем, кто умеет пользоваться пакетом statspack,
написать у кого какие параметры
Parse CPU to Parse Elapsd и
db file sequential read

Сравнив их с нашими, мне будет легче найти проблему большого свопа.
По моим представлениями, наши значения
Parse CPU to Parse Elapsd ~ 15%
db file sequential read ~ 60%
Свидетельствуют о неблагополучном положении дел.
Совсем было бы здорово посмотреть целиком общую первую страницу отчета.

У всех параметры будут совершенно разные поскольку у всез разный размер баз, разные приложения (у ково-то преобладает бухгалтерия, у ково-то закупки у ково-то сбыт и т.п., причем кажные приложения используются по своему, т.е. специфика) ну и наконец разные сервера с разными хар-ми....

приведи полностью Instance Efficiency Percentages и Top 5 Timed Events
из статспака.

У тебя видимо маленькийе для твоего объема БД shared_pool и cache_buffer у инстанса БД.

Не согласен с тем, что они у всех будут разные.
У настроеных, сбалансированных систем

Parse CPU to Parse Elapsd ~ 85-95%
db file sequential read ~ 5 - 15%

База тестовая, полупустая. Нагрузки малы.
sga_target 2Gb.

Приведи статспак-репорт полностью, непонятно как будто какой-то трабл с дисковой системой...
Глянь на загрузку дисков и кол-во чтений-записей в секунду
Рез-ты скинь сюда.

Третий день сравниваю загрузку дисков на двух "проблемных" серверах с САПом, с параметрами на других машинах.
Глаз ничего не режет...

Какой-то "деятель", который устанавливал САП впаял параметр
db_file_multiblock_count = 128 (!)
Поставил 16

Завтра проверю. Может в этом все и дело.

Rd (ms) - в конце файла.. форматирование поехало потому не оч хорошо видно. Если я правильно понял, то этот параметр составляет 5-7 ms для одного чтения. Довольно много - примерно в 10 раз больше чем у меня.
Как будто дисковая система образца 1980 года....
запусти iostat во время работы каких-нить программ SAP.
рез-т скинь сюды.

Этот САП крутится на IBM p630 pSeries.
6 дисков. Два в зеркале под OS, остальные - в навал.
iostat вложу завтра.
