SAP Support Engineer. FI, CO, MM, SD
Requirements:
Degree in a business or technical field
Demonstrated professional experience in SAP peripherals (R/3, mySAP etc.) in an international industrial enterprise
Very good knowledge in at least one of the modules FI, CO, MM, SD (customising as well as business processes areas)
Knowledge of the interfaces within SAP architecture as well as to connected external systems is an advantage
Very good English language skills
Good analytical, communicative and organisational skills
Ability to work in an international team with emphasis on service orientation
Willingness to regularly provide a support to end-users
Willingness to travel (approx. 10%)
Responsibilities:
Coordination of all SAP R/3 related aspects within Russia once its launched productively on SLO II Core System
Ensuring effective communication between Russia and SAP Competence Centre Germany by
- collecting all open issues related to SLO II Core System
- filtering the open issues into the ones that shall be solved on country level & the ones that shall be forwarded to SAP Competence Centre
- ensuring that an open issue that shall be forwarded to SAP Competence Centre is properly created in SDE software as a ticket (in English language) & is assigned to the right SDE component (category)
-making sure that employees in Russia are well informed about the current status of a ticket’s realisation stage
Providing regular support to SAP R/3 end-users
Quality assurance, monitoring and improvement of implemented processes
Ensuring effective cooperation with 3rd party software providers in case this software is linked with SLO II Core System
Managing SAP R/3 external consulting activities together with relevant SAP Competence centre representatives
Arranging trainings for new SAP R/3 end-users
Making sure that SLO II Core System’s standards are followed by entities in Russia
Planning new SAP R/3 related projects in accordance with RFC procedure
Supporting realization of new SAP R/3 related projects
