Требования:

- высшее образование (техническое)

SAP Security Analyst


Responsibilities:

1. Accountable for the Incident Resolution process around SAP security (representing Level 2 in the support model) according to the operating level agreements of the EST team. As part of this process the individual will have to work as part of a virtual team (with the global COE, EST , the in-market super users and the off-shore delivery team)

· Provide day-to-day security administration support to the live markets and project teams across the non production sap systems and in production support

2. Participate in the Russian market deployment project as assigned project member for SAP security (If the individual gets assigned to a project as a full-time resource, the principal accountabilities are changing for this period of time)

· Design sap security enterprise profiles for various SAP platforms. Provides technical expertise and support to IT staff, regional Help Centers and IT customers regarding the adoption and implementation of best SAP application security practices.
· Work with local business for end user role mapping, including design of composite roles and gathering of derived role required.
· Collaborate with business process owners and other team members to ensure that security settings meet the requirements of the business and align with the defined controls and standards.

3. Work with internal and external auditors to prepare SAP security reports and to provide information as requested.

4. Coordinate and work closely with IT Security Administration and off shore support to ensure management of user accounts is accurate and effective.

5. Responsible for the creation and implementation of security profiles for named users and processes related security additions, deletions and changes.


Experience and Skills

- General understanding of the other process areas within the program (e.g. Supply Chain, Finance, Go-To-Market).
- High level understanding of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOx) compliance. Familiarity with audit, business controls or separation of duty is a plus.
- Understanding of the business structure and objectives for the assigned area of responsibility
- Possess extensive knowledge about the sap authorization concept and prior experience in role design and unit testing of roles.
- Possess extensive knowledge of SAP-derived role methodology and organizational attributes



Optional

Minimum of 2+ years experience in implementing SAP Security.

SAP Support Manager

The role will be responsible for the startup and stabilization of the SAP support delivery center for the Live Russia market, consistent with the Global PI SAP Operating model, the ongoing Russia and to-be started Eastern Europe deployment project phases and the Business requirements.

The job holder will be responsible for hiring and on boarding the team for the Moscow EST HUB and manage sustain service delivery peering the SAP support manager based in Barcelona and supervising our internal and external Level 2 team members based in Moscow. As part of these activities he/she will play key ITIL roles: Critical Incident Manager, Change Manager and Problem Manager.

The job holder will be coordinating with the SAP project team to ensure the smooth transition of the different phases into Sustain through the sustain engagement framework and meeting the hypercare exit criteria.

This is a position in the EST Sustain team with a primary focus on Russia but later extending it’s scope to the Europe Division

Responsibilities:

- Operational Supervision of the SAP support analysts daily work which include process adherence as well as delivery on SLA’s. As part of this accountability the SAP support manager acts as Change Manager and Critical Incident Manager
- Eastern Europe Delivery of Regression Testing preparation and execution
- Supporting the Divisional Continuous Process improvement framework by release managing the complex Russia/EER changes and liaising with the local BIS organization and the Key Users
- Problem Manager role for SAP divisional sustain – which has to ensure that problems are raised and followed up (as in the ITOM)
- SLA Reporting for Russia/EER which includes stakeholder management
- Support of the SAP project’s hypercare transition to sustain and it’s stabilization within the Russia/EER businesses.

Requirements:

- High-level technical and functional knowledge of the core SAP modules (BI, MM, PP, SD, FI, CO)
- FMCG overview and personal experience
- Experience in Critical Incident Management and Change Management within a multinational organization
- 2-3 years of Support Service Delivery Management experience
- 2-3 years of Third party management experience preferably in a managed services environment
- Experience with off-shore team/vendor handling
- ITIL (Must have) and project management (nice to have) certificates
- SLA management experience
- High comfort level and experience with virtual support teams
