WORK EXPERIENCE

Expectations & Tasks

· Preparation, conception, realization and Go Live of customer implementation projects
· Industry and process-oriented consulting with external and internal customers
· Analysis and modeling of processes in the specific area/industry
· Solution reviews to reduce risk and secure implementation quality
· Performance of feasibility studies/project reviews


Required Skills

· Higher education (physics, mathematics and/or economics)
· Knowledge of database, data warehouse architecture, OLAP concepts
· SAP HANA 1.0 knowledge (modeling, implementation, administration, performance)
· Sybase platform knowledge (Sybase IQ, Sybase Powerdesigner) will be a plus
· Basic knowledge of SAP ERP business processes
· Knowledge of programming with SQL (HTML, Java) will be a plus
· Good knowledge of English
· Readiness to business trips (0-70%)

Work Experience

· SAP HANA experience at least 1 year
· Deep knowledge of RDBMS (like Oracle, MS SQL, Sybase ASE, DB2, etc.)
· Experience in implementing of data warehouses & reporting
· SAP BW experience gives advantages
· SAP BusinessObjects BI will be a plus
· SAP BusinessObjects Data Services will be a plus

PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

· Business Solution Architect possesses advanced knowledge of SAP and partner software solutions and participates in sales cycles as a member of the virtual account team in support of the sales account strategy.
· Business Solution Architect interacts with prospective customers through discovery conversations, product solution demonstrations, executive presentations and follow-up discussions.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

Deal Support:

· Compose and deliver superior sales presentations covering SAP and partner software solutions to prospective customer audiences. The presentations must articulate the sales message, differentiate SAP, and leave a strong and positive impression to audiences which can include senior company executives.
· Prepare and deliver software demonstrations in support of sales cycles. Preparation includes personalization of demos to ensure delivery of a simple, appealing and compelling customer presentation.
· In advance of a demonstration or key presentation, conduct discovery sessions with representatives from the prospective customer. A discovery session is an interview to identify and understand key pain points which will determine the value drivers and solution enablers for the presentation.
· Reinforce the business value of SAP solutions through creation of compelling presentations, demonstrations and participation in value engineering engagements.
· Stay up to date with the latest SAP solutions as well as industry trends. Maintain a close understanding and appreciation of competitive solutions.
· Demonstrate deep knowledge of SAP solutions and appropriate industries in order tomaintain credibility with prospective customers.
· Provide proof points with relevant customer stories.
· Complete sections of SAP responses to RFIs and RFPs.
· Post-sale, communicate the business requirements to project/implementation team to ensurea smooth transition. Participate in at least one Community of Practice (CoP).

Demand Generation:

· Collaborate with sales teams to participate in various one-to-many lead generating activities.
· Participate in marketing events such as SAPPHIRE, SAP Insider, and conferences for specific industries or solution areas.
· Collaborate with the sales team to identify whitespace opportunities at accounts.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

· Bachelor / Master Degree
· Training: Value Engineering; Value Lifecycle Manager; Industry Certification
· Proficient English
· Excellent presentation and communication skills

PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

SAP Active Global Support is recognized for its world-class service and support offerings. SAP Support premium engagements (SAP MaxAttention, SAP ActiveEmbedded) are tailored solutions for the implementation, operation, and upgrade of SAP solutions. For the execution of our premium engagements we are looking for Technical Quality Managers (TQM) working onsite at our customer's premises. As a TQM you will act as SAP's Support front office lead within the customer's IT-organization. You will architect the service plans to the customer's needs and head the service delivery. You will be involved in the customer's SAP projects as a supervisor from SAP's point of view, thus proactively safeguarding implementations, operations, and upgrades. It will be your responsibility to create and maintain a trustful and cooperative relationship between the customer and SAP Support on project level.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

You are the right person for this job if you bring in the following:

# Excellent customer management skills
# Proven ability to work with customers on project- and senior management level
# Project management experience
### Technical knowledge
# Broad understanding of SAP solutions and NetWeaver technology
# Broad understanding of the SAP organization
# Fluency in English and preferably German

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

As TQM (f/m) you will be responsible for the following tasks:

# Understand the customer's solution landscape and business processes
# Acquire the role of a trusted SAP advisor inside the customer organization
# Create detailed engagement and service plans and drive their execution
# Coordinate involvement of SAP Support resources onsite and in the back office
# Identify top issues, define according action plan and drive the resolution process

WORK EXPERIENCE

The ideal candidate would have:

# Master Degree or equivalent
# A consulting background or a support background with customer focus
# 3+ years experience in customer interaction
